Recently I read about a woman’s recovery using Evening Primrose Oil. She mentioned learning about unadulterated omega-6 fats from Brian Peskin. I listened to whatever I could find on Brian Peskin. What he presents makes sense in my history I’ve been programmed to avoid omega-6 seed oils, and ignorantly taken fish oils in large amounts.
The next day I went to a health food store and bought some Primrose Oil. And so begins my next experiment that seems really promising, the last key! I’ve been on a low vitamin A diet now for 8 months, and my skin hasn’t cleared fully.
Thankfully this sort of experiment doesn’t take long to see results, it can be in a week. but he says 18 weeks for full restoration.
