I eat beans now. Lots of them.
I completed 30 days of vitamin A restriction in my diet. One staple in my diet has been beans. I feel better, my energy is better, my skin is better, my mood is better.
Beans are the best.
The secret of beans is that they trap toxic bile produced by the liver in their soluble fiber so that the toxic bile doesn’t get reabsorbed, and recirculated in your system. Beans are the top source of soluble fiber of any food. They also trap hormones that are no longer needed by the body (see video below).
