Lo and behold a new perspective has been discovered for eczema, and all autoimmune disease. This immediately puts me on a clear path.. a long road to the complete annihilation of my skin issues. It all makes sense so far.. Despite being obsessed about optimal nutrition for health, I missed this one, having never resolved my skin issues, the answer eluded me. I F’d up. But now I am on the path of discovering just how toxic Vitamin A is for me.
It’s in foods I consume on a regular basis. eggs. milk. cod liver oil supps. cheese. those are the ones I will have to cut out. I heard of people cutting out dairy for clearing up their eczema, it never made sense to me to try it.. until now.
It’s quite crazy, and I’m still learning about vitamin A and the shoddy science that led up to it being deemed an essential vitamin.. when in reality it acts as a poison. I’m going through the research mainly from Grant Genereux, and Nutrition Detective. It’s supposedly a bitch to detox, but alas there is a promise of glory at the end. This post is a turning point.
