This is how I attain a state of relative good health, it works for me and my body. It’s short and sweet. A good list of things to learn about. It’s not advice, as it only works for me, I am not medically educated or trained.

I take these foundational foods and supplements:

I drink a mix of sea salt / himalayan salt and water.

D3

Vitamin C

Thiamine

B-Complex

Magnesium

K2

Multi-Vitamin Nutrient Dense Foods

Sea Salt and Water = Hydration

In order to hydrate my cells, sea salt is required. If I am dehydrated, any improvements are short reaching. 1.5 grams per litre.

D3 Level Attainment

D’s effects are far reaching. If my D level is low, any attempt to improve my health would be in vain.

Vitamin C Level Saturation

C’s effects are far reaching. If my C level is low, any attempt to improve my health would be in vain.

Thiamine Cell Saturation

An energy gatekeeper. If my Thiamine level is low, any attempt to improve my health would be in vain.

B-Complex Fills in the Gaps

If any of the other B vitamins are low, any attempt to improve my health would be in vain. As they work synergistically.

Magnesium

Magnesium assists in the function of the above.

K2

If my gut doesn’t produce enough K2, my soft tissue calcifies.

Multi-Vitamin Nutrient Dense Foods

I eat things like Milk, Meat, Chlorella, Cheese, Eggs which have a wide range of nutrients and micro-nutrients.

I never assume I am getting enough of these nutrients in my diet

I assumed I got enough B’s because I was eating healthy. I was wrong. When I took high dose thiamine I had so much more energy. You can’t maintain in this world without supplementing.

The good thing is that all of these are relatively cheap, k2 is probably the most expensive.

I am aware of the signs and symptoms of deficiency and toxicity of each

I adjust dose based on how I feel.

I’ve learned which ones I can mega-dose to restore levels fast

I’ve taken the time to learn mega-dosing protocols for D3, thiamine, vitamin c, all their co-factors and things to watch for.
