Why I’m taking 30,000 UI of Vitamin D3 everyday.

I’ve recently did some more digging on vitamin d3 after seeing the benefits of using it against covid (see graphs below).

I’ve used 2 or 3 soft gels of cod liver oil daily which has some vitamin D in it. And I’ve been getting lots of sun. But after watching the videos below I realized I’m not getting enough of it now that it’s getting colder. So for the next couple weeks I will take (at least) 30,000 UI Daily.

Vitamin D in blood decreases illnesses

Here is a very impactful graphic showing how blood levels of vitamin D affect the incidence of many illnesses:

Decreased risk as you have a sufficient blood level.

Great Interviews:

Jeff T Bowles: Author of “The Miraculous Results Of Extremely High Doses Of The Sunshine Hormone Vitamin D3 My Experiment With Huge Doses Of D3 From 25,000 To 50,000 To 100,000 IU A Day Over A 1 Year Period”

Dr. Somerville: Author of “The Optimal Dose”

I ordered both their books, and even got the one that was BANNED from amazon! You’ll have to watch the interview by Jeff to get it.

I will report on any effects I notice as a result of this change in daily dosage.

Also note, I am also taking vitamin K2, magnesium, and zinc daily.

I got my gf taking it as well, starting her off on 10,000 UI and going up to 20, then 30. She has a more to gain from a test as this. (IBS celiac for 8 years).

Started Aug 26.

1st report:

After giving 10,000IU to my gf she said when she slept she kept on getting up to pee. So just to be safe I didnt give her any on the 2nd day.

2st report:

After just 3 days we both noticed we are calmer, with more energy.

3rd report: Aug 30th

After 4 days IBS / celiac gf reports improvement of tummy feeling better, hasn’t had daily diarrhea in 3 days. She was looking it up on google and found out that for person’s with celiac, Vitamin D is essential. We laughed pretty hard at the fact she has been celiac for 8 years and not one person, doctor, or nurse informed her that she should be taking Vitamin D.

She also noticed that she wasn’t craving sweets, she had bought some candy and cakes days before but now had no desire to eat them.

She also noted that she continued to pee a lot. And when she did some of her own investigating she found out that it happens when you are deficient in and supplementing Vitamin D.

I just feel really good! I upped my dose to 50,000 IU. Because I know I’m deficient since I feel better taking Vitamin D.

These reports are already exciting!

4th report: Sept 1st (6 days after)

My gf reported that she is getting better sleep, and waking up earlier and more refreshed. She usually would get out of bed around 11, today she is up at 8:30 and refreshed.

She also confirmed again that her tummy is feeling a lot better, like its healing. She used to have a constant pain in her tummy. She also reported less frequent bowel movements. 3 from 11 or 12 a day.

I feel great! at 50,000 IU a day. She is 30,000 IU a day now.

5th report. October 1st

My gf reported that she usually gets bronchitis this time of year from harvest and dust. But she doesn’t have it this year. She also downgraded to 10,000IU every other day, maybe 20 days ago.

I’ve been doing great on an average of 40,000 IU a day. I will probably take 30,000 a day for another 30 days.

The best price I’ve been able to find on Vitamin D3 is 2500IU 180 tabs by webber naturals.

6th report: Feb 14th 2022

I’m doing great. Not super consistent taking vitamin D, but on average I’m still around 30,000 IU a day. Sometimes taking 50K, 80K. No ill side effects to speak of. We still take K2 along with it. When I started working out again after a winter break, I blew up lol. I think the zinc is helping with working out motivation as well.

My gf is still doing great. This is her most all-around healthy year in a lonnng time. She was taking 10k a day, but with the last few weeks she has been taking 40,000 every other day. I recently switched to giving her drops instead of pills and she really enjoys this method. The drops are also really good value (around 65k IU per 1$) (Naka Pro-Emulsified Vitamin D).

She hasn’t taken any allergy pills in a month now. She hasn’t had winter blues at all, while some of her friends are reporting feeling the winter blues, so she recommends them vitamin D!

When she got a few bruises from work she noticed they healed a whole lot faster then usual.

Her digestion is still good.

Her asthma is also much much better.

She is celiac, so I’m hoping the vitamin D is going to resolve this issue eventually. High hopes.

7th report Feb 24th
